Must be at least 21 years of age.
Bachelor’s degree in a related business field.
Minimum seven (7) years of electronic gaming or casino operations management experience with three (3) years in a senior management or director level role.
Strong understanding of gaming regulations, compliance, and audit procedures.
Proven record in P&L management, revenue growth, and operational efficiency.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Previous experience in resort-based gaming operations preferred.

Key Responsibilities
OPERATION LEADERSHIP.
- Oversee all aspects of the daily electronic gaming operations including slot machines, electronic table games, and related amenities.
- Develop and implement operational policies, standards of operating procedures, and quality standards to ensure efficiency and profitability.
- Ensure optimal floor layout, machine placement, and game mix to maximize customer engagement and revenue.
FINANCIAL & STRATEGIC MANAGEMENT
- Develop and manage annual budgets, revenue forecasts, and cost controls.
- Monitor daily and monthly revenue reports, analyze KPIs, and adjust business strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with the Executive Team on strategic growth initiatives, including marketing campaigns, VIP programs, and partnerships.
REGULATORY COMPLIANCE & RISK MANAGEMENT
- Ensure full compliance with local gaming laws, licensing requirements, and audit procedures.
- Liaise with government regulators and maintain accurate reporting and documentation.
- Develop risk management protocols to prevent fraud, theft, and operational irregularities.
MARKETING & CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE
- Work closely with marketing teams to design promotions, tournaments, and loyalty programs tailored to key customer segments.
- Drive exceptional customer service standards and resolve high-level guest complaints.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with VIP customers.
PEOPLE & TEAM MANAGEMENT
- Recruit, train, and mentor operations managers, floor supervisors, and technical staff.
- Create a performance-driven culture with clear KPIs and regular performance reviews.
- Ensure staff adhere to service standards, security protocols and responsible gaming practices.
